In a case, when you represent a bigger organization you may involve PR agencies to take care of some of the PR campaign aspects or even help you to prepare one. In any case you should follow these three stages to launch a successful public relations campaign: Plan, Outreach and Integrate. You definitely should have a plan, budget and time-table to receive a great result that you and your boss will be satisfied with. You should also take into account effectiveness criteria that will be used to judge the result before you start the implementation stage. Set your sights high, the higher the better and never give up. They say the most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time”.
